Celebrating and Reflecting

A couple of months ago I resigned my position to take some time and reflect on my career. I had completed all the things that I had come to that company to do, built some really strong empowered teams and delivered a number of projects and initiatives, and it was a good time to take a break.

I have been blessed with a number of years of continuous employment and success at various companies. I wanted to take some time and celebrate 45 years of success, but also consider what it was that I enjoyed doing before I committing myself to another project or mission.
